REDEMPTION AND SUBSCRIPTION INSTRUCTIONS

To all TEP Trusts Beneficiaries, DIT Fund Holders and PEMS Participants:

We have transitioned from processing Redemption and Subscription requests via regular mail.  All requests are to be submitted via a scanned emailed instruction to this office to ensure no disruptions to service.  Please download the Subscription & Redemption Forms below for full instructions.  If you must submit a paper check please call or email this office directly for further instructions.   Please do not mail checks directly to the mailing address.

All monthly client statements are available via online access. If you do not currently have access please reach out.

All requests for Redemptions and Subscriptions (see forms below) are required to be scanned and emailed directly to mkearney@dioceseny.org no later than the last business day of each month.

    1. Subscription Form requests for additions to current DIT Fund and PEMS accounts please instruct your bank to send the funds via Direct Deposit (ACH) or Fed Wire per the instructions provided on the attached form.
    2. Redemption Form requests of withdrawals from current DIT Fund and PEMS accounts will require Direct Deposit (ACH) or Fed Wire Instructions, please follow the instructions provided on the attached form.
